adobe acrobat crashing and other programmes suddenly super slow.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing issues this week? I am not sure if its related to windows update or the adobe programmes themselves but my adobe acrobat keeps crashing and all my programmes (indesign, illustrator and photoshop) are all super slow and freezing. I have reinstalled the apps and that hasn't helped. Let me know if anyone can suggest something or if others are experiencing simular issues. Thank you

Suz

Hi BigSoooz,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3V3jUfz

If the above suggestion does not work, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/46ljV4N).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/46mR3ZW.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
