A user is experiencing an "insuffecient memory" crash in adobe acrobat when sharing their screen of acrobat in a Zoom call. The zoom call also crashes. Tracking the memory usage at the time, user's memory was never higher than 38%. File being displayed with adobe acrobat is only 3.86 MB.

Is this on a Mac or Windows? I would make sure that both applications are up to date and that the display driver used on the computer is also up to date. Does this happen with other tools that allow screen sharing (MS Teams, Google Meet, GoToMeeting, ...)?

Have you tried to contact Zoom about this problem?

Windows. Turns out the Zoom issue is irellevant. Acrobat is crashing with an insuffecient memory warning for any PDF file regardless of size. We've tried repairing the installation and diasbling fast loading.
