Adobe Acrobat creates a PNG file along with a pdf file

Whenever I save a pdf file in Adobe Acrobat, it creates a PNG file as a biproduct along with a pdf file.  I wonder whether I have a setting somewhere in the app allowing Acrobat to produce a file in both formats, PNG and PDF.  If so, I want to turn it off.

Hi Jun-Kyo Franc36970761mmqy,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

Please share more information on how you are creating the PDF. Are you using the desktop application or the mobile?

If you can share the screen recording of the steps used, it would be helpful.

This feature is available in the Adobe Scan mobile application. However, there are no such settings in the desktop application. Please refer to the information on saving PDF in Acrobat in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/saving-pdfs.html,

Let us know if you need any help.

If you are

Thanks,

Meenakshi
