I am having a lot of issues with getting my PDF to open.  It takes close to a minute or longer to get them to open.  It also occurs when trying to change the name of the PDF.  I've repaired, uninstalled & nothing is working.

 

Also, Adobe Creative Cloud has a problem & needs to be resolved.  I click the resolve button and nothing changes.  I've tried to uninstall it and it won't let me uninstall.  I run a business and need this resolved ASAP.    Thank you

Hi,

 

You have not stated  the latest version update of Acrobat and operating  system.

 

However, I can think of two quick troubleshooting suggestions:

 

  • Disable or remove the Creative Cloud Desktop App.
  • Or, click Help, Repair Installation
