Adobe Acrobat DC (2015) License key revoked

After using my Adobe Acrobat DC (2015) perpetual license during the last 8 years, I am not able to use it anymore. I receive the message: License key revoked. I login with my Adobe ID and enter my key of 24 characters but doesn't work.

The help chat sent me to this Forum and I need a solution. Could anybody hel me, please?

    They should not have done that. There's really nothing we can do to help you.

    Did you ever register it under your name? Did you purchase it from Adobe, or some other reputable seller?

    If so, they need to reinstate your license. Contact them again and demand a solution for this issue.

    Sure, it was purchased in the Adobe Licensing Website (LWS).  I contacted many times but it seems that it is easier for them say that the app is depracated and not supported 😞

    That might be true, but it's unrelated to the validity of the serial number, which should be perpetual (unless they claim you distributed it illegally). If you have an installer you should be able to continue using the application. I recommend contacting them again and demanding a solution, or at least an explanation. If they refuse to help, ask to talk to a supervisor.
