Adobe Acrobat DC 2020 - Windows - Licensing Application Window White Screen

Question

So I just recently purchased the Adobe Arcobat 2020 directly from Adobe.

It is installed properly and seems to work. However, I cannot use it as when I try to enter my serial number for activation - I only get a blank white screen and no options to do anything.

I can't find a way to contract Adobe support and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to see the trouble caused.

We checked the screenshot shared above. Is it a Mac OS that you have been working with or Windows?

Here's a similar discussion where troubleshooting steps are given for the earlier version of Acrobat.

Note: Instead of Acrobat 2017 there would be Acrobat 2020 entry.
