Adobe Acrobat DC (64 bit) version: 22.003.20322 not responding error occurred.

Dear sir/mam,

 

We have installed Adobe Acrobat DC (64-bit) newly in my PC windows 10 64 bit.

While we opened the Acrobat app they showed not responding display only. 

FYI, Please find the attached version of Adobe acrobat DC.

I'm eagerly waiting for your reply.

If you are still experiencing the same issue,

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

Download the Acrobat installer from here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Make sure you install the latest patch, 23.001.20093, for Acrobat. 

Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)
