Adobe Acrobat DC cannot be installed

Dear All,

since one day Adobe Acrobat DC cannot be used anymore and cannot be installed again.

Anyone has the same problem?

Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Reboot your machine.
Use the Acrobat Cleaner Tool to remove any conflicting or corrupt installation files: Acrobat Cleaner Tool.
Reboot the machine again.
Download and install Acrobat from this link: Download Acrobat.
Sign in using your Adobe ID (email) to activate, or enter your serial number if you have one.

What happens when you try to install? If a simple uninstall and re-install fails, try the Adobe Cleaner: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

This may allow you to install again.
