1. Open Acrobat.

2. Selecting mulptile Excel files in Explorer.

3. Copy & Paste the files in Acrobat.

Please assist.

Hi,

- Excel shows the Acrobat ribbon. The Acrobat Add-in is loaded on startup.

- I've tried every other possible way to merge the files without success.

- Here's some environmental info:

OS Name    Microsoft Windows 10 Home version    10.0.17763 Build 17763

Microsoft Excel for Office 365 MSO version 1905 (16.0.11629.202380) 32-bit Monthly Channel

Each scenario is unique, but I have seen this sort of issue come up a few times within a corporate setting and IT-controlled machines.  I had a customer who had the Adobe suite installed BEFORE the Microsoft Office apps, and the plugin relationships weren't right.  If a refresh installation is possible, I would give it a try.

My best,

Dave

Office must be installed locally, even if the user only works with the web version.

If it is, check that Excel shows the Acrobat ribbon.

If it is, don't use this unusual Copy & Paste method, which I have never seen before and would not necessarily expect to work.
