Adobe Acrobat DC doesn't work after update last week!

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, the save icon just keeps turning but never saves nor can be closed.

Would you mind elaborating a bit more  about the issue you are experiencing so that we can look into it and assist you better?

- Are you on Mac or Windows Machine and what is the version of the OS and the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using?

To check the version of Acrobat DC please go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.01.20145 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates, you may also download the patch manually from the link: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html and reboot the computer once and check if that helps.

- What is the workflow/steps you are doing to save?

Please try the following preference settings and see if that works for you. Go to Edit (Windows), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preference > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when saving file' and 'Show online storage when opening file' > Click OK

Also please try to turn off the protected view for testing (Windows Only). Go to Edit > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Uncheck 'Enable protected mode at startup' > Click OK and reboot the computer once.

Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid any security risks.
