Adobe Acrobat DC - How Do I Stop a Number From Rounding

How Do I Multiply Two Numbers WITHOUT Rounding???    I am working in Adobe Acrobat DC

I'm trying to get:  135 x 50 = 67.50

        BOX A is 135

        BOX B is 50

        BOX C is 68     . . . .  and should be 67.50

Box C continues to round up to 68.  Anyone know how and where to change my setting so it will NOT round up or down?  I'm assuming the setting will be made in BOX C, is that correct?  In the FORMAT Tab, I have "1" decimal selected.

Basic Instructions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Hi cware,

Just following up with you if you were able to get this simplified notation to work for you.

Thank you.

Thank you for checking to see if I was able to fix this issue.  On Friday late afternoon one of my coworkers and I worked on this issue.  I'm very happy to report that we were able to fix the issue.  I was trying to use 1 and 2 decimals and should have been using 3.

In the "Simplified Notation" Box I used:  BOX\ A*BOX\ B/100

In the "Format" I used "Numbers" and chose "3" decimal places.  IT FIXED IT!

Thank you so much for all your help.  I appreciate it!

I do not know what you are asking.

I tried recreating the scenario in many ways and it really does not matter if you select none, 1 or 2 .

What he is asking is if there may be another calculation in another field .

The only thing that makes sense to me is that you probably copy and pasted a field that had formatting before.

You can try renaming BoxC to something else just in case is a duplicate from another field.

Or delete this field, save the pdf, close and reopen and recreate BoxC field afresh.

You are in the right tab just select 2 decimals instead of one

OR

multiply 135 x .5

Actually I may be wrong , maybe you need to select the formatting to "None".

In any case is easier is you multiply by .5  and get the real value that you want from that equation rather than multiplyin by 50 and then assigning a percentage formatting.

When I change it to NONE or "0" it changes the number to 68 instead of 68.

It should be 67.5

When I leave the decimal to 1 and change BOX B to .5 it is the same outcome which is a whole number and NOT a percent.
