Having a problem installing Acrobat DC on a computer. I have the Adobe log files, is there a way to upload the log files?

The OS is Windows 7 SP1 64-bit

8 GB of RAM

111 GB of free HDD space

The log files I have are - Adobe Acrobat DC 15.010.20056 02-27-2018.log.gz, adobegc.log, MSI49a3b.LOG, PDApp.log

Any help is appreciated.

Hello Rickyr,

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not able to install Acrobat Pro DC on Windows 7 machine, Is that correct?

What is the error message or error code you are getting during the installation? Could you please share a screenshot of the error? To share the screenshot, please refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Try cleaning Acrobat's installation files using Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and try installing Acrobat from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription

If the issue persists, please create a test user profile with full admin rights and check. To upload log files, use Adobe Send feature to upload the logs and share it via private message How Do I Send Private Message

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
