Adobe Acrobat DC, MacOS Sonoma - Weird issue when going to shaere a file

We are seeing the attached on one of our user's machine when attempting to share a file, but when doing it from Adobe online it works. I haven't uninstalled and reinstalled it yet as that seems drastic. We've rebooted and logged out of all Adobe apps and resigned in and no change. 

 

She has a creative cloud license should that matter

Can you please provide the following information:
1. What is the current build that you are using?
2. Are you using dual monitor?
3. Click on Check for Updates.
4. If there is another update, first update and please try to reproduce the same issue and also share the latest build.
