Adobe Acrobat DC on Mac stopped working

I have Adobe Acrobat DC on a Mac (iOS 10.15.3) using a Creative Cloud license. It suddenly stopped opening files a couple of days ago. I uninstalled it and cleared out the Library files and reinstalled it 3 times. Right after the reinstall, when I try to start the program, the icon bounces 3 times and then stops. After that it stops at 1 bounce.

Acrobat Distiller launches no problem.

When I try to launch the program, it bounces once in the menu bar and stops. No crash window comes up. I went in and made sure the crash reporter was turned on.

I went through the effort to download the log files (See attached)

I have had this computer since 2013 so I have had many  versions and upgrades of Adobe software, so I suspect something went corrupt. I don't see any systems locking up the processor in the Activity Monitor.

Please help. Our IT department says they don't support Macs.

Hi @

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3U7UMoH, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/428ZXqc and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.
