Adobe Acrobat DC Pro Request Signatures missing

I have 40 enterprise level licenses of Adobe Acrobat DC Pro/Enterprise.  I do not see the option to add recipients to create a form and signature fields.  Is this tool missing?

This is my toolbar while in the "fill and sign" option.

Is there something missing from my program?

i still lost the Request Signature function.

    Hi Anne,

    There is no difference in the functionality between Acrobat Pro DC as a standalone product and all other licences available.

     

    Try this and report back please:

    • Go to "Tools".
    • Scroll down to "Forms & Features".
    • Choose "Add shortcut" with "Request Signatures".

       

    • Continue with your document...

    Let us know if that solves your problem.
