Adobe Acrobat DC Problem when using Edit PDF for Scanning Tiff Page of Text

Adobe Acrobat DC's Edit PDF option is not working properly. When Using Edit PDF option for Scanning page its doing Performing page recoognation automatical which is not requirement of user. Scanning page done many change's while edting which is very dangerous.
Adobe Professional 8 Virson is Very Good & User Friendly.

    Editing a scanned PDF can be complicated if it includes low-quality text or images, non-editable text, line breaks, or complex formatting. Other inhibiting factors include compatibility issues, security restrictions, and large file sizes, which are more prevalent in PDFs created from scanned images.
