Adobe Acrobat DC reverted to trial version

Greetings!

My Adobe Acrobat DC has reverted to a trial version with 32767 days remaining.  It came preinstalled on a Dell Laptop with Windows 10 64bit.

When I enter my license number it reverts to 30 days remaining.  Next time it comes up with error messages delete  copies from one or more computers.  Then I have to select trial to get it to work.  Adobe Tech support worked on this for four hours tonight.  Removed and reloaded software with same result.

Same issue happened last month.  Tech support insists this is loaded on more than one computer.  It is not and never has been.  Any cure?

if it's from dell, it's loaded on more than one computer.

but dell should have an enterprise license that allows installation on many computers, and the reloaded software must come from dell, Drivers & Downloads | Dell US
