Adobe Acrobat DC Standard : Subscription Expired

Depuis ce matin, je ne peux plus utiliser pleinement Adobe Arcobat.
Le message 'Subscription Expired' s'affiche en bas à gauche de la fenêtre du logiciel.
Nous acquittons nos factures mensuelles comme d'habitude et nous sommes à jour.
Est que vous pouvez m'indiquer ce qui se passe?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. I have checked the Adobe account linked with Adobe ID you are using on this community and found an active subscription for Acrobat Std DC.

 

Please make sure you are using the correct Adobe ID. Please logout of the application and reboot the computer once and relogin with the same Adobe ID and check.

 

Also, try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.
