he. i do not know how to explain this but,
we've recently bought a new laptop for our company that uses Windows 11, after installing the latest Adobe Acrobat dc pro version, the view we receive is from the old version that had a toolbar on the right, even the list of tools is limited to the list of tools of old versions. of course i do not know whether this is the outlook of an old or normal version of adobe but we re using the same installation file for our 2 license based primary devices and one delivers a correct installed version with tools on the left side and proper naming of tools but the other does not, can any one help?

Reset Preferences:

  • Open Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
  • Go to Edit > Preferences (or press Ctrl+K).
  • In the Preferences dialog box, select "General" on the left.
  • Click the "Reset All Warnings" button.
  • Click the "Reset to Default" button.
  • Restart Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to see if the interface is back to normal.

Apply it may be it worked.
