Adobe Acrobat Digital ID Sign buttom does nothing

The user is running a Windows 10 PC

User did no have an issues 2 weeks ago using the Digital Signature, he would click on the Sign and the document would be sign.

Now, the user gets to the sign buttom but after clicking it nothing happens.

I have tried every solution found in the forum but nothing has worked.

I have uninstalled and re-installed Adobe and still same issue

I have change security settings, and re-added the certifcate still same issue

User is currently running Acrobat Version 25.1

not sure if anything in the Integrity report would help to solve the issue
