Adobe Acrobat Doesnt Open

Question

Hi,

I recently updated my windows OS to the below version

Since the update my Acrobat will no longer open. I tried deleting and reinstalling. This caused it to work again, however has no reverted back to freezing. I am getting the following error.

Could you please advise on the fix?

Steps to Resolve the Issue:

Reboot and Clean Installation:
- Restart your machine.
- Use the Acrobat Cleaner Tool to remove any corrupted installation files.
- Restart the machine again and reinstall Acrobat.
If the Issue Persists:
- Collect the crash logs from your machine and share them in this thread.
