Adobe acrobat dont remember signatures

Question

I have to create the sign Everythime. Everytime i put the sign in pdf. First it doesnt show that new sign has already been added in signs . I have to close the adobe and open again. Some times it shows there. Some times not.  Either adobe cloud is broken or something going on.. Kindly sort this for me.

As you mentioned above, you have to create a sign every time. Are you referring to the signature used under the Fill & Sign or the Acrobat Sign?

When adding a new signature under the Fill & Sign tool, please ensure that you mark the box for "Save Signature."

If you are referring to Acrobat Sign, please add the signatures under the personal preferences. Please use the steps as suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/create-electronic-signature.html.
