Adobe Acrobat Drag and Drop from word stuck

Please assist to help as I was trying to drag and drop a word documnt to Adobe Acrobat to convert it to PDF but the process seems to get stuck in between and couldn't proceed. After it loaded from Adobe Acrobat it doesn't do anything. When I killed the Adobe Acrobat task from task manager then I will see the PDF being generated. I had already tried uninstall and reinstall the Adobe Acrobat but same issue still persist. I had attached the screenshot and the system information for checking. Below is the current Adobe version installed on the PC. Thanks
