I am having constant issues with Adobe Acrobat saying "An internal error occured" everytime I scroll through your files or try to open something. It keeps making my file explorer go unresponsive and not sure how to fix this.

Hi ninodatino,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Please try the suggestion marked correct in the following community thread with a similar issue: https://adobe.ly/46OXnbG

If the issue still happens, please make sure that you are using the latest version. Try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/48aA4LZ).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/42miuRv;

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Please help.

I am unable to install Acrobat on my Mac running macOS 10.15. Acrobat was working properly before, but it started showing errors. I uninstalled it and now I cannot reinstall it.

The installation process gets stuck at 42%, and then an error message appears. I have already tried reinstalling several times, but the issue persists.

Could you please assist me in resolving this problem?

Hi Meenakshi,

Thank you for sharing this. I went and checked those settings and I don't have any unknown accounts listed. I also have already uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times but the issues occurs every time I re-download the program.
