Adobe Acrobat error "Please connect to the internet and retry"

Me and multiple coworkers are recievine adobe acrobat error "Please connect to the internet and retry. either your computer is offline or the clock on your computer is set incorrectly" We made sure the computer clock showed the correct time zone. We tried the steps under "Find out how to fix Adobe connection errors when signing in or activating Adobe applications" and everything checked out but the issue still exists. Any other suggestions?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

 

Do you have any security software installed that might be restricting the Adobe Acrobat to connect to its serves? If yes, please try to turn off the security software (For testing only) and see if that helps.
Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid any security risk.

 

You may also check your connection to Adobe Servers and try resetting the host file as described here - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
