Adobe Acrobat Export (also known as Adobe Export PDF) is a feature that converts PDF files into editable formats such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Rich Text.

It’s especially useful if you receive a PDF that you need to edit or reuse the content from — instead of retyping it manually, you can simply export it to another format and make your edits there.

If you’re using Adobe Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader with a subscription, you can access this option by going to:

File > Export To > [Choose Format]
