Adobe Acrobat Export PDF

Hi

I have a Adobe Acrobat Export PDF plan which I very rarely use last time I used it was May 2023 and had no problems. I have just tried to export a .PDF to a MS Word document and keep getting a 'The file security settings do not allow export' have looked on the internet but nothing seems to fit my issue.

Any help please

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

     

    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

     

    Also please share the PDF file in question so that we can check it at our end and assist you better.
