Adobe Acrobat Fecha Sozinho

Boa tarde, 

 

Ao tentar abrir o programa, ele inicia aparece uma rapida tela (que aparentemente é de logon) e após fecha sozinha.

Ja tentei desinstalar, incluive o clound e não tive exito.

 

Alguem sabe o que fazer ?
