Hi Juan Esteban

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the application freezes when you try to digitally sign the PDF.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version goto Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.07.20099 installed. Go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer.

Also please check for any missing/pending update for OS and try updating it and check.

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here - https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/m-p/4792082 and see if that works.

Also try to sign the PDF online via Document Cloud - https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that works for you.

I am also having the issue.

Everything is up tp date, I also restored the Acrobat preferences folder.

I can do it online, but it is not very conveniant.

Best regards,

Daniel

Hi Daniel

We are sorry to hear that. Would you mind sharing the OS you are using?

Please try to create a new test user profile with fulladmin rights in Windows or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.

Regards

Amal
