Adobe Acrobat Freezing When I Select Text

Question

Adobe Acrobat, on Windows 11.

Any time I selct text for any reason, Adobe Acrobat freezes for 2-3 seconds. Then it says not responding. then it goes back to normal.

Repair steps to so far....

I have tried to repair the install (restared computer)

I have uninstalled all things Adobe (restarted computer)

I have reinstalled all things

......and it still freezes EVERYTIME is select text.

It even happens after i restart my computer and have NO OTHER programs running.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
