Adobe Acrobat Home is completely unusable
Today I wanted to sign some documents based on my templates in Adobe Acrobat. However, the app is malfunctioning so badly I can't get my work done.
Here's what happens: after logging in, I get greeted by an empty Adobe Acrobat page. I only have the top right icons, including the "Get the desktop" app button and my profile's avatar. I don't have my list of documents, templates, etc. Attempting to go to settings doesn't work (nothing happens after pressing the button). I can sign out, view and click notifications and go to the Adobe Account. I can get to the documents' list by clicking a document related notification. However, once I'm there, there is absolutely nothing I can do with the documents - can't open them, delete them, use or edit templates, none of the buttons work.
I've already tried signing out and in again, and also tried clearing cache and cookies. Didn't help. In this state, Adobe Acrobat is completely unusable and it makes me unable to do my work. This is unacceptable.
