Adobe Acrobat is 14 gigs, according to my Control Panel Programs listing

I have been trying to figure out why my computer is losing performance. When I start up, I'm already at 49% memory (in the task manager) for processes. When I went to my Programs, I see that Adobe Acrobat DC is taking up 14 GB of space since 4 days ago. That seems outrageous to me. I ran through the repair but no change.

Also 4 days ago was a Windows 10 update. I've looked into corrupted files and ran through the troubleshooting etc but my Windows control panel is showing that all is well.

Any advice?

@kglad, thanks for your input so quickly!

I went ahead and uninstalled and re-installed Acrobat DC from Creative Cloud. It's now showing 2.6GB in my Programs instead of 14GB. I'm not sure what happened, but I'm glad it's back to normal.

acrobat on windows is 32 bit.  the acrobat subdirectory should not be in your programs directory.

you're welcome, but it should be in program files (x86).
