Adobe Acrobat keep asking me to sign in

Hello everyone. This is becoming quite a frustrating problem: when I try to open a PDF with Acrobat it keeps asking me to log in. I log in and it keeps asking me, creating an infinite loop.

I've tried everything I found on the forum and more: nothing works! I pay for this service but I practically lost a day of work immersed in cumbersome solutions by relying on others in the community.
