Adobe Acrobat keeps crashing

Hi.

I just bought a Macbook Pro M2 2022 with 16 GB RAM. I installed the adobe apps, but everytime I open Adobe Acrobat Pro it crashes. I get the color wheel and it gets stuck forever. I have the latest version, and already tried with reinstallation and rebooting the computer. Could you help me?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works.
