Adobe acrobat language change

Adobe Acrobat DC pro is stuck in Japanese. I cannot change it to English. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall the program but nothing changed. I have changed the language setting from Japanese to English, and restarted the computer but it remains Japanese. Please help.

I know. One day I tried to run Acrobat in Japanese and I had to try a lot to put it back in French.
