Hi,

my plan is still active and I keep receiving this message below.

Can you please help?

Your Adobe Acrobat license has expired.
But you can still use this application for 7 more days.

For questions regarding your account or to renew your license, please contact your support staff.

You’re currently signed in with your email ID xxxxx@xxs.org. You can also sign out and use an Adobe ID that already has a paid subscription.

Hi @Gabgel

We have checked your account under the same email shared above.

There's no subscription registered under it. There's likely a chance you have purchased the subscription under a different email, which is why you are getting trial error on this.

Figure out the email you have signed up with and sign in with that to access your subscription.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Thanks Akanchha. Issue was subscription through my employer.

You should contact Adobe directly:
Chat support: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
(make sure pop-ups are not blocked; type "Agent" to chat with a real person, or via phone)

Twitter: https://twitter.com/AdobeCare

There's no email support.

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...
