Adobe Acrobat login issue

Hi Team,

I am facing issue with Adobe Acrobat access. The files auto close. I have connected with organisation IT team and they suggested me that I don't have subscription, although I have CC license.

 

Please share your thoughts on the attached error.

We looked into your Adobe account, and you do not have any Creative Cloud subscription registered under your work email address.

If you have signed up for anything of your personal use, that probably be in your email account. 

So sign in with that email to activate your services.

Make sure you sign in using the work/company profile since the license was assigned through your organization.
