Adobe Acrobat new UI now showing the same for all users

Question

We have a customer with about 10 machines with Adobe Arobat.

All of them are on the same veriosn number and have all the same options, but some of them have options to do things that other people don't have.

for example if you use e-sign then most of them don't get the option to password protect a PDF but one of the users does get it, but they are all the same from what I can see.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

Do you still experience the issue? Have you crossed-checked if the entitlements to all the users are the same?

Also, you might want to push a fresh installation of Acrobat on the systems.

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3WXQXmw, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/40RfLh2 and see if that works for you.
