Hi,

We support an end-user that has the issue that when she tries to open multiple pdf's she isn't able to.

The issue is temporarely solved by re-installing creative cloud and Adobe acrobat but only for a few days.

I have also already ran the adobe cleaner on the machine and performed the latest Ventura updates.

Anybody else having this issue or has a solution?

Hi @Creneau

As described the issue is temporarily solved by re-installing creative cloud and Adobe acrobat, please try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works.

Thank you for the addition.

Performed the steps you proposed so now we have to wait and see if it stays away.

Quite a few missing details here... Please answer the following:

- What's their exact version of Acrobat (look under Help - About, not "the latest", please)?

- How exactly are they trying to open multiple files? From the Finder? From within the application?

- What exactly happens when they try to open multiple files? Does it open some of them? None at all? Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?

Sorry for the late reply but I was waiting for end-user input.

Version is 2023.001.20177

- How exactly are they trying to open multiple files? From the Finder? From within the application?

From the finder

- What exactly happens when they try to open multiple files? Does it open some of them? None at all? Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?

No error message at all, it just doesn't open more than one file

Just one more addition to this thread and that this Adobe Acrobat Pro and not the Standard one.
