Adobe Acrobat not opening on M3

Adobe Acrobat will not open on my M3.  I keep getting the message that it cannot open.  I have a paid subscription and cannot use it.  I have tried uninstalling it multiple times, restarting my computer, etc. and nothing works.  Any suggestions on how to be able to use acrobat pro on a Macbook M3?
