Adobe Acrobat October 2023 Update -- missing file name on top tab(s)

Adobe Acrobat October 2023 Update seems to have eliminated the display of the pdf file name in the tab(s) at the top of the window!???
Now, when opening a PDF there is no indication as to the identity of the item displayed (the top tab has a 'star' option and a close-out 'x' - but NO file identity). How is one supposed to 'tell' which pdf one has open? -- and inparticular how is one to distinguish between multiple opne pdf's, with no 'identity' presented for any of them?
How do I turn the'file name' back on?

-- Thank you in advance for any insights you might be able to provide.

Hi Beatrice33488333vpwz,

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked, and the file name appears fine on our end. Please try repairing the application installation. Go to Menu > Help > Repair Installation. Check if that makes any difference.

If not, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

Let us know if the file still does not appear. We will get this checked.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
