Adobe Acrobat on Mac Pro doesn't

Using Adobe Acrobat on a mac pro 2015, logged in from the same account I use in different PC's including my office which is Microsoft. Adobe Acrobat system on mac does not allow using "Sign document by typing or drawing a signature" whereas on the Microsoft PC no similiar problem is encouterned, and I am able to post my signature (image signature not digital) regularly. has anybody encunterned such problem? the button is just unresponsive.
