Adobe acrobat opening error

Hello, 

 

every month, adobe acrobat stops working and the program dont open.

does not give any error. the program just won't start

 

The problem solves reinstalling it so i have to reinstall it monthly.

why can this be happening?

we are sorry for the trouble and the delay in response. I hope you would be able to fix it by now.

 

If the issue still persists,

 

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC

 

Make sure you have the latest version 20.009.20065 installed go to Help > Check for Updates.

 

Also you may try to repair the installation (For Windows only) Go to Help > Repair Installation and see if that helps.

As far as I can see, it's related to my profile – whatever that is! When Acrobat displays the blue light top right, no problem: no blue light, many things don't work.

Please make sure that you are logged into the application before using it.

 

Also, please try to update the application to the new version 20.009.20065 and see if that helps.

I'm having a similar problem. On Windows, trying to close Acrobat helpfully informs me "Acrobat is not responding" – I think I knew that! – but also displays a little pull-down "View problem details". This identifies the "problem event name" as AppHangB1. Same for you?
