ADOBE ACROBAT OPENS ONLY IF I RUN IT AS AN ADMINISTRATOR.

Pdf files are not opening in my windows 11. And acrobat is not opening when double clicked.

the only way to open acrobat is to run it as an administrator manually. 
Please tell me how to make it normal.
