Wie kann ich in Adobe Acrobat z.B. ein Pdf Dokument freigeben nur zum lesen und herunterladen deaktivieren?

There's no such option. Downloading is necessary to view the file and can't be stopped.

Sharing can't be stopped, either. However, you can apply a password that will be needed to open the file, but someone could just share that as well. To actually bind a file to a specific device you would need to apply DRM protection to it, which is very expensive, and not possible to do with just Acrobat.

Danke vielmals für deine Antwort und deine Bemühungen. Ich finde es schwach, dass Google diese Funktion bei Google Drive hat und Adobe nicht mal im teuren Abo anbietet - ich habe auch noch recherchiert - wenn man die Kommentare zulassen deaktivert - soll es anscheinend nicht möglich sein das Dokument herunterzuladen - doch dies müsste ich vorher nochmal mit einem anderen externen User testen.

Google Drive is not the same as a PDF file. The latter was invented maybe 20 years before the former and works in a totally different way. In the time PDF files were created the whole point behind them was to make them Portable (the "P" in "PDF"), not to limit their distribution. And in those times there were no shared online platforms. You had files, and you needed to have those files on your computer to be able to view and modify them, and that's at the core of the PDF file spec. Disabling comments will not change that.
