Hi,

I've purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 2019 from a company called Ovokeys.

I'm worried that this may be a scam and could infect my computer. Can you please advise if they are an authorised reseller?

There is also no such product. There was an Acrobat 2015, 2017 and 2020. Never was a version sold with 2019 in the title. Nor (as of today) 2021.

Authorized resellers can only sell the current version (2020).

I visited their web site. Prices are impossibly low. They would be stealing from both you and from Adobe - and of course you are right that most pirate software is full of malware and could infect your computer. You could lose everything...

They also don't appear on Adobe's official reseller list, and I couldn't verify their MS "reseller ID number", although that one is not so easy to search. Plus, Adobe never sold licenses that can be used only on 1 device, or on 5, only on 2 (unless it's a volume license, I guess, but that's never mentioned anywhere on their pages).

In short, too many red flags. BUYER BEWARE!
