Does the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC allow for 2 installs similar to Adobe XI Professional?

the perpetual license for dc works just like it does for xi, so yes.

the subscription dc allows an unlimited number of installs on both mac and on win computers.  the only limitation is that computers need to have, at least, an intermittent internet connection.
