I havee upgraded from Windows 10 to 11
I can no longer open a document in Adobe Acrobat Pro, only in Adobe Acrobat.
What should I do? Ronald

Thanks for reaching out. 
Acrobat licensing is linked to various factors during activation, one of which is the core version of the operating system. 

 

If you have the subscription version of Acrobat, try signing out of Acrobat, launch Acrobat > Help > Sign out. 

Try relaunching the app and signing in again. 

If the issue persists: 

  1. Download and run the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove previous installations, leftover files, and broken binaries.
  2. Uninstall Acrobat/Reader completely
  3. Restart your computer to clear locked processes
  4. Download and install the latest version. A fresh installation ensures all critical components load correctly.
