Adobe Acrobat PRO 19.008.20071 crashes when opened

Question

Every time I open it it automatically closes. If there is a PDF file it closes after a few seconds. Can't work.

Cada vez que lo abro automaticamente se cierra. Si habro un fichero PDF se cierra a los pocos segundos. No se puede trabajar.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
