Adobe Acrobat pro 2017 can't activate

an error box said that I need to deactivate on another computer. It's not activated on another computer. it doesn't show any devices registered. the error box is saying I only have so many days left

If Acrobat Pro 2017 prompts you to deactivate on another computer — even though no devices are listed — it typically means the software believes all available activations have been used at some point.
